I didn't play the first "Tropix" and boy did I miss out. "Tropix 2" is a lot of fun with bright, colorful animations. I love the way the characters interact with each other along with the objects/upgrades that you buy for the island. It has a nice adventure story that requires you to complete certain tasks. My favorite of the 8 games: I Cream Parlor, Stone Stacker, Fish Swap, Puffer Popper and Pirates. Im looking forward to a 3rd installment. Grade: A+

I originally got this for my son who is seven but I tried it also and now we are battling against each other on the mini-games as well as the progress through the islands. Until I showed my son that you had to buy stuff and move through the islands, he was having a blast just on the mini-games! A great game for adults too. I hope to see future titles.

I love this game and so do my kids! Unlike so many other casual games, this one has 8 fully polished games plus a great storyline, so you NEVER get bored. I'm totally hooked!
