The Doodle Army wants you! Enlist today and cut down wave after wave of enemies in this endless shooting adventure! Hear the sweet screams of your victims as you strafe them with submachine gun fire or explode them with grenades and roast their remains with the flamethrower. The in game tutorial "Drill Sergeant" will guide you through the basics in Boot Camp. Soon you will be on your way to creating your very own heaping piles of bloody bad guy parts. This review is coming from someone who owns over 100 apps. ...As for gameplay, the doodle graphics perfectly complement the game. It features 6 environments with more to come (possibly a snow level), over 40 weapons including flamethrowers and bazookas, and over 50 different characters to unlock. Then there's three boss battles where you get to drive a jeep, fly a plane, and ride a submarine and boat. There's also currently one minigame that plays alot like robot unicorn attack. Each level is also replayable so that you will never "complete" the game. The final level, mars mine, is the most unique with it's own set of unique weaponry, low gravity jumping, awesome green flame super weapon, and a completely different landscape and enemies. To best each level, you must travel 500 meters to get one star, travel 1000 meters to get two stars, and beat the minigame or boss battle to get the third star. Each level can be played infinitely.
If this is all not convincing enough to buy the game, you should know that you will get more than your moneys worth and even if you don't feel it's perfect now, it will continue to get updates because Chad is a devoted dev in what he does. Doodle army has definatley changed my life with the amount of time I've played it. I wholeheartedly recommend this game to anyone on the edge, and trust me, a few days or maybe months from now you will regret not having picked this up earlier. This is undoubtedly the BEST 99 cents I have ever spent and keep adding boss battles !!!!!!! Also all the ppl who say that I don't like it cuz it doesn't have multiplayer or it would be better with multiplayer. it doesn't work like that it's a 2d plat former for the itouch/phone But this is an awesome game keep it up!!!!
