If you are tired of the never-ending releases of Match 3 and Seek-and-Find games that seem promising but only proved to be a disappointment, here is a game you might want to try: Empire of the Gods.

Empire of the Gods is a strategy game of resource trading. You have 4 resources and you must reach the specified number of resources required for each level in the number of turns specified. You have the basic cards, which will use up one resource for 2 of other and special cards that give out extra bonuses such as extra turns, additional resources and even additional cards! As you use cards to reach your objective, you gain fame which you can use either to upgrade your character to make the levels less difficult or use power-ups that can help you in tight situations.

At the beginning, you choose your character and the name of your character. The downside to this part is that you are limited only to the Egyptian names available. Then comes a 7-page tutorial which you should really read to fully understand the concept of the game.

The graphics for this game is actually quite impressive, and doesn't require a very powerful system to play and enjoy. The music is themed just right to give you that "Egyptian" feeling while playing the game, but some might get bored with the music in prolonged gameplay.

If you are a fan of strategy games, or just looking out for a good game to play, this is definitely recommended for you, and is really worth the buy!
